Auditions for First Date will be held Tuesday, January 23rd 6pm at LTCC in room F120 (Music room next to the theatre).
Callbacks will be January 24th at 6pm in the same location.

We invite performers, singers, and dancers of all backgrounds and experience levels!

Thank you to everyone who submitted to "The Identity Chronicles." The show is on hold for now, but we look forward to making it bigger than even we imagined when we return to it.

Black Ice Theatre Co. is developing a new fundraiser anthology play called "The Identity Chronicles." It will be made up of mostly monologues and multi-media clips. We are seeking original monologues centered around one event, idea, or moment that shaped you into the person you are today - divorce, religion, gender reassignment, whatever! We want to hear your stories. What makes you, YOU?

How did your trip to Japan turn you into the master chef you are today? How did watching your fellow students in middle school pick their noses give you OCD? How did your most recent divorce turn you into a serial killer? What. Ever. But we want it to be true stories from ALL people.

Each monologue should be no more than 5 minutes in length. Any genre welcome. Any point of view welcome. Funny, sad, scary, we want it all. Real stories from real people.

The submission deadline is July 1, 2021. No submission fee. No pay.

As this is an anthology that will be performed for an audience, we reserve the right to request changes be made before official selection. There is a possibility of publication in the future.

We are always looking for Comedians for our Black Ice Comedy Melts

Black Ice Theatre Co. is seeking comedians of all experience levels for our "Comedy Melt".

Whether you've headlined stages in NYC or just have a few jokes written in a notebook, we'd love to get to know you. Tahoe/Reno locals a plus.
